African nations’ leaders are expected to be present in New Delhi, India for the India-Africa summit. This event is meant to foster the growth between the regions through economic means. Late October also saw student protests’ in South Africa over university fees. In fact, South African President Jacob Zuma even stated that the government will disallow any tuition increases at public universities.
