The migrant crisis continues as German chancellor Angela Merkel meets Balkan leaders to compromise on the issue. The meeting, which is taking place in Brussels, Belgium, has drawn heavy criticism because it proposes to shut the borders for migrants. Elsewhere, in Poland, the Conservative Law and Justice candidate, newly elected Prime Minister Beata Szydlo tossed the centrist party to win the elections. She promises to spend more on Poland’s poor and keep migrants out.
